About the Show

Fly Girls is an American reality television series created by Bradley Bredeweg, Peter Paige and Jeff Collins that follows the personal lives of five flight attendants working for Virgin America as they fly to a range of locations including Las Vegas, South Beach and New York City while also focusing on their home life, at their "crash-pad" in Los Angeles.

The series aired in the USA on The CW from 24 March to 5 May, 2010. There are eight half-hour episodes in one season.

Fly Girls premiered in South Africa on DStv's Vuzu channel on Monday 25 April 2011, at 19h00. New episodes broadcast weekly.

Synopsis

Fly Girls is a reality docu-series that takes a 360-degree look at the lives of the charismatic jet-setting flight attendants on Virgin America.

The show is about real, down-to-earth young women who happen to have landed in an exceptionally glamorous, high-flying career filled with exotic locations and handsome strangers.

Over the course of eight half-hour episodes, five beautiful Virgin America flight attendants jet from one glamorous location to the next, including Las Vegas, South Beach and New York City, while pursuing good times, great parties, adventure and love.

From their shared home-base "crash pad" in Los Angeles, California, the young women deal with work lives that include split-second decision-making, demanding and sometimes fascinating passengers, long hours in the air and layovers in interesting locales.

Their personal lives are filled with romance, family, friendships and more than a few roommate conflicts.

Fly Girls is from Collins Avenue Productions, with executive producers Jeff Collins and Colin Nash and co-executive producers Larry Bond and Porter Gale.
