Elizabeth Serunye is a South African actress and gospel singer best known for her role as Mapaseka Montsho, the tyrannical Queen of the Kitchen at the Cherry Blossom guest house, in the SABC2 sitcom Moferefere Lenyalong, from 2008-2012.

She has acted in numerous South African television drama series including Yizo Yizo and Generations, while she counts the movies Jerusalem and Skin among her film credits.

Theatre credits include roles in Secrets and Lies and A Loving Heart Knows No Better.

Elizabeth’s special passion is music, especially gospel singing, and she sings with the Exaltation Gospel Choir.
