Abby Brammell is an American actress best known for her role as Tiffy Gerhardt, a sexy housewife who had an affair with her husband's commanding officer, in the action drama television series The Unit, from 2006-2009.

Brammell's television credits include the movie Revenge of the Middle-Aged Woman and recurring roles in Six Feet Under and The Shield. Other recurring roles and guest appearances include Star Trek: Enterprise, Push, Nevada and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

She attended Carnegie Mellon's School of Drama and appeared in the North American premiere of Christopher Hampton's play, The Talking Cure, at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles.

Brammell was born in Kentucky, raised in San Antonio, Texas and lives in Pasadena.
