Amanda Forrow is an England-born South African radio DJ, actress, television presenter and motivational speaker best known for presenting a number of radio shows on Radio 5 (later 5fm), including The Martin Bailie Breakfast Show (1986-1988), Brian Oxley Lunch Time (1989-1991) and Girl Talk, from 1992-1993.
She is better known to television viewers for hosting Grapevine on SABC1, from 1992-1996.
She is one of the contestant panelists on the SABC2 game show Where Were You?, from August to November, 2008.
