Brina Palencia is an American voice actress best known for voicing the role of Eve in the English version of the Japanese anime Black Cat, from 2005-2006.
Born in Oklahoma, she grew up in La Ceiba, Honduras; Owasso, Oklahoma; and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. She holds a BA in Music from the University of North Texas.
