Bio

Gordon van der Spuy is a South African actor, director and voice artist who has appeared in numerous television shows and theatre productions.

Van der Spuy was a member of the Drakensberg Boys Choir from 1993-1995. He completed a BA Drama degree at the University of Pretoria from 1999-2001.

Television series he has acted in include Soul Buddyz II, Backstage, Generations, Zero Tolerance, Mtunzini.com, Laugh Out Loud, Hillside, Binnelanders and Bentley.

Theatre productions he has acted in include The Picture of Dorian Gray (2002), Polka II (2003), ATKV Kinderteater (2004) and Rapunzel (2007). He also acted in Nets, directed by Brian Charteris, from 2002-2005.

In 2008 he appeared in the SABC2 mini-series Huis van Liefde, playing the role of Dr. Brand.
