Bio

Jaimie Alexander is an American actress best known for her television roles as Caitlin Porter on Watch Over Me (2006-2007), and as Jessi XX on Kyle XY, from 2007-2009.

Alexander was born in Greenville, South Carolina and raised in Grapevine, Texas. She became interested in acting by watching old Hollywood movie stars like Audrey Hepburn, Vivian Leigh, and Elizabeth Taylor.

After finishing high school, Jaimie moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as an actress. She found immediate success in the comedic film Squirrel Trap. She followed that success with a lead role in the award-winning independent film The Other Side.

She has also appeared on the small screen with roles on shows such as It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Standoff and the serialized primetime drama Watch Over Me.

In 2011 she played the recurring role of Tunie Peyton, the reckless sister-in-law of Jackie (Edie Falco), in the third season of the television drama series Nurse Jackie.

She also played the lead in the Warner Brothers film Rest Stop, directed by John Shiban.

She was ranked #2 in Penthouse Magazine's poll of the Top 20 Hottest Up & Coming Stars.
