Precious Makgaretsa is a South African model and actress who was a contestant on the third season of the reality modeling competition Revlon Supermodel, which aired on SABC3 from November to December, 2007.
The following year she was a suitcase model on the M-Net game show Deal or No Deal and in 2009 was featured in the e.tv reality series The AXE Sweet Life.
Born and raised in Attridgeville Pretoria, Precious first appeared on the scene by placing in the Top 12 for Miss SA Teen in 2004.
She has done modeling work for numerous clients including Levi's, Telkom, De Beers, Virgin Mobile, MTN, Sun Silk, Coca Cola, Nik Naks, Legit, Guess, Jet, Stuttafords and Edgars.
She has also appeared in many magazine including Elle, GQ, Cosmopolitan, Destiny, True Love, Drum, Kick Off, Y Mag and Equinox.
Her acting experience includes Soul City (SABC1), City Ses'la (SABC1), Blitz Patrollie and many more.
Precious landed her first major acting role in 2013 in the SABC1 drama series Tempy Pushas, set against the backdrop of the lavish fashion world and juxtaposed with the vibrant township culture.
She also has a starring role as Lerato Maduna, a fiercely idealistic Khayelitsha community organiser who gets roped into the world of politics, in the SABC2 parliamentary drama television series 90 Plein Street.
