Elicia "Jupiter" Mendoza was a contestant on the television reality competition Pirate Master, in 2007.
Mendoza was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California. She has one older brother, Mario.
She spent her sophomore year of high school at Santa Rosa High and then her junior and senior year at Mesa, an alternative high school. In a school of 50, she graduated in the top four.
Mendoza publicly acknowledged that she is a lesbian when she was 16 years old, and is very proud that she had the strength to do so.
After high school, she moved to Berkeley for one year and then six years in Oakland, two years in San Francisco and the last three and a half years in Los Angeles.
She previously worked as a server and time share agent and hopes to be certified in massage therapy by 2009.
Her hobbies include dancing, spinning poi, swimming and writing. She describes herself as vivacious, fun and out-going. She attends Burning Man every year.
Mendoza resides in Los Angeles.
