Bio
Navi Rawat is an American actress best known for her role as Theresa Diaz on the television drama series The O.C. (2003-2006), and as Amita Ramanujan on Numb3rs, from 2005-2010.
She had a guest role as Melanie in the first season of 24 and has had many smaller roles including playing Dana, a psychotic vampire slayer, in an episode of Angel. She had a recurring role in the fourth season of Burn Notice.
Her work in film includes the sci-fi Thoughtcrimes (2003), the Project Greenlight film Feast (2005), and the independent romantic comedy Loveless in Los Angeles (2006). She also appeared in the comedy Wanted Dead or Alive, opposite Chris Kattan and James Denton and in House of Sand and Fog.
Rawat was born in Malibu, California, to a Rajput Indian father and a German mother and raised in Miami, Florida. She is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
She currently lives in Los Angeles.
