Kirsten Prout is a Canadian actress best known for her starring role as Amanda Bloom in the science fiction television series Kyle XY, from 2006-2009.

She is also known for her role as Abby Miller, the young teenage ninja and sidekick to Elektra Natchios in the feature film Elektra (2005), the spin-off to 2003's Daredevil.

She also starred as Charlotte "Char" Chamberlin in the teen drama mysery series The Lying Game, from 2011-2012.

She made her screen acting debut in the 2000 made-for-TV movie The Linda McCartney Story, playing the eight-year-old version of Stella McCartney.

Since then she has appeared in the television movies The Wedding Dress (2001), Twice Upon a Christmas (2001), The Love Crimes of Gillian Guess (2004), and Tell Me No Lies (2007).

She has also appeared in the feature films Once Upon a Christmas (her film debut in 2000), Mindstorm (2001), Elektra (2005) and The Possibility of Fireflies (2008).

Aside from her regular role as Amanda Bloom in Kyle XY, Prout has made guest appearances on the television shows First Wave, Mysterious Ways, Night Visions, Jeremiah, Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction, The Dead Zone, Stargate SG-1 and Cold Squad.

When not performing, Kirsten stays busy with Tae Kwan Do and track and field. She loves to sketch, write, and just hang out with her friends.
