Vicellous Reon Shannon (often credited as Vicellous Shannon) is an American actor best known for his role as Lesra Martin in the 1999 film The Hurricane and as Keith Palmer, the son of President Palmer, in the first two seasons of the television series 24.
He has made numerous guest appearances on television shows, including MacGyver (his screen debut in 1991); L.A. Law; Picket Fences; Chicago Hope; Beverly Hills, 90210; Party Of Five; Dangerous Minds; Moesha; Early Edition; Touched By An Angel; NYPD Blue; Judging Amy; Without A Trace; The Guardian; The Shield; Cold Case; JAG; House; and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Raised in Orange County, California, Shannon was a promising high school baseball player until being sidelined by a severely injured hamstring.
He took an interest in acting and began taking the two-hour bus ride to Laguna Hills where he studied acting with R.J. Adams at The Actors Workshop, performing chores at the facility in lieu of tuition.
