Jessica Gower is an Australian actress (sometimes credited as Jess Gower) best known to international audiences as Chase in Blade: The Series.
Making her North American acting debut in Blade: The Series as Chase, Jessica Gower is a native of Melbourne, Australia who graduated from the National Theatre Drama School there in 2000.
Determined since early childhood that she was going to be an actress, Gower got an agent while still studying the craft. She was soon hosting various TV shows as well as guest starring in television series and appearing in national commercials.
Her performance in the award-winning series The Secret Life Of Us garnered her a Logie (Australian Emmy) Award nomination. Gower's additional television credits include a recurring role in the Crash Palace series.
She subsequently received considerable critical acclaim for her feature film debut in Blurred, a comedy-drama about an adventurous group of Australian teenagers on the ultimate road trip.
Within only four months of moving to Los Angeles, Gower was cast in the Blade: The Series for Spike TV.
