Sylvester Ndaba is a South African soccer referee and coach who's become a TV personality best known for his appearances on the TV show MTN Soccer Zone. He hosts an insert on the show called Know Your Game where he looks at the latest soccer matches with audiences and gives commentaries and insights into how each game has been played.
Nicknamed El Professori because of his vast knowledge of the game, Sylvester is an ex-soccer player who played for Maroko Swallows and The Babes.
A former Fifa referee he's currently the chairperson of SAFA's National Referee's Committee where he's responsible for drawing up strategies for refereeing in South Africa. He also trains referee's and is involved in making sure that all developing trends in the sport are practically implemented.
Sylvester's also employed by the South African Breweries where he's in charge of social responsibility, setting up strategic partnerships for social development between SAB and government and other organisations.
Sylvester can currently be seen in SABC2's gameshow Summer Games where he's the official referee for all the games.
