Billy Zane is an American actor and director best known for his role as Caledon Hockley in the 1997 blockbuster film Titanic, and as The Phantom in the 1996 eponymous film based upon the comic book superhero.He has had recurring roles in the television shows Twin Peaks (5 episodes), Boston Public (4 episodes) and Charmed (3 episodes).He has made guest appearances on Matlock; Crime Story; Murder, She Wrote; Tales From The Crypt; and The New Batman Adventures.Other films he has appeared in include Critters (1986); Dead Calm (1989); Back to the Future Part II (1989); Memphis Belle (1990); Femme Fatale (1991); Sniper (1993); Tombstone (1993); Dead Fish (2004); and Big Kiss (2004).
