Josh Holloway is an American actor best known for his role as James "Sawyer" Ford on the television drama series Lost, from 2004-2010.
Holloway was born in Northern California. At the age of 2, his family moved to the Blueridge Mountains of Georgia. Josh is the 2nd of four boys.
After a year at the University of Georgia, he boarded a Greyhound Bus and moved to New York were he pursued a modelling career which took him all over Europe and North America.
He eventually ended up in Los Angeles where he soon landed his first role in “Moving August”. He followed that up with lead roles in several other independent films.
Holloway guest starred on several TV Shows such as CSI and Navy NCIS before finally landing a role in the hit drama Lost.
An outdoorsman at heart, his hobbies includes fishing, sailing, camping, snow boarding, martial arts, motor cross, and guitar playing.
Holloway recently wed his long-time love, Yessica. He currently divides his time between Los Angeles and Hawaii, where ‘Lost’ is being filmed.
