Fionnula Flanagan (sometimes credited as Fionnuala Flanagan or Fionnula Flannagan) is an Irish actress and veteran of numerous television shows and movies.

She is perhaps best known for her role in the 2001 film The Others and for her roles in the television series Revelations and Brotherhood.

Flanagan is also well known for her guest appearances in three of the Star Trek spin-offs. She guest starred in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode Dax, the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Inheritance, and she also appeared as Vulcan Ambassador V'Lar in Star Trek: Enterprise.
