Alley Mills is an American actress best known for her starring role as Norma Arnold, Kevin's housewife mother who, unlike her husband, is friendly and upbeat, in the coming-of-age television comedy series The Wonder Years, from 1988-1993.

She is also known for her recurring roles as Pam Douglas in the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful and as Jenny Ludke in the sitcom Yes, Dear.
