Bio

Robert Bagnell is an American actor best known for his role as Tom Peterman in the television comedy series The Comeback, in 2005.

Born and raised in East Northport, Long Island, Bagnell was drawn to theatre in junior high school. He pursued his love for the stage at NYU Circle in the Square Acting Studio.

He earned his BFA and went on to perform in numerous off Broadway productions, such as The Glass Menagerie and The Orgy.

Upon graduating, he made his television debut in the long running daytime drama, As the World Turns.

In addition to a burgeoning television career, Bagnell has appeared on the big screen with Mel Gibson in We Were Soldiers and in several other films, including starring roles in L'Arceny and Love Object.

When he is not traveling, Robert resides in Los Angeles where he enjoys parallel parking, listening to jazz and visiting museums.
