Rachel Blanchard is a Canadian actress best known for her leading role as Cher Horowitz (originally portrayed by Alicia Silverstone) in the television series based on the 1995 movie, Clueless, appearing in 61 episodes from 1996-1999.
She is also known for her role as Roxanne Richardson in 7th and 8th seasons of the television series 7th Heaven, appearing in 40 episodes from 2002-2004.
In addition, she has had major recurring roles in War Of The Worlds (24 episodes, 1988-1990), Are You Afraid of the Dark? (26 episodes, 1992-1993) and the British comedy Peep Show (5 episodes, 2004).
