Bio

Mark-Paul Gosselaar is an American actor best known for his starring role as Peter Bash, Franklin's best friend and legal partner, in the comedy-drama television series Franklin & Bash.

He is also known for his roles as Zack Morris on the sitcoms Saved by the Bell: The Junior High Years, Saved by the Bell and Saved By The Bell: The College Years; as well as the role of Det. John Clark, Jr. in NYPD Blue.

He was also the lead in Hyperion Bay, appearing in 17 episodes from 1998-1999, and had a nine-episode recurring role in the 2005/6 drama series Commander In Chief, playing the role of Richard 'Dickie' McDonald.

In addition Gosselaar had a two-episode recurring role in the war drama Over There.

He has made guest appearances on Highway To Heaven; Stingray; The Twilight Zone; Charles In Charge; The Wonder Years; Punky Brewster; Murphy Brown; Blossom; Saved by the Bell: The New Class; and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
