Louis Ferreira (sometimes credited as Justin Louis or Justin Lewis) is a Portuguese-born Canadian actor best known for his role as Assistant Director John Pollock in the television drama Missing, appearing in 20 episodes from 2004-2006.

He starred as Colonel Everett Young (under his birthname, Louis Ferreira), in the science fiction tleevision series Stargate Universe, from 2009-2011.

He also has a starring role as homicide detective Oscar Vega, who turned his back on an upbringing filled with money and privilege to become a police officer, in the police procedural crime drama television series Motive.

He also had leading roles in The Fighting Fitzgeralds and Urban Angel, not to mention recurring roles in shows such as Night Heat, Friday The 13th, Local Heroes, Public Morals, and 24.

Louis has guest starred on numerous shows, including 21 Jump Street; Cobra; Highlander; Two; Millennium; Star Trek: Voyager; The Outer Limits; Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place; Judgin Amy; ER; Relic Hunter; Mutant X; CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: Miami.

He has also appeared in numerous feature films, including Naked Lunch (1991); Savage Messiah (2002); Dawn of the Dead (2004); and The Lazarus Child (2004).

In addition, he appeared in the 2005 made-for-TV movie Trump Unauthorized, playing the lead role of Donald Trump. The movie is based on the book Donald Trump: Master Apprentice, by Gwenda Blair.

Louis also starred as Doug Barber on NBC's Hidden Hills,as well as in his own Canadian TV series Urban Angel. Louis' other TV credits include regular roles on the series St. Michael's Crossing, The Fighting Fitzgeralds, Battery Park and  Trinity.

He also co-starred in the television movies The Perfect Mother,  with Tyne Daly and The Staircase, opposite Barbara Hershey.

Louis' feature film work includes The Lazarus Child, with Andy Garcia, Frances O'Connor and Angela Bassett. He also starred in the independent feature films Mark Forester's Everything Put Together and Fallen Arches, for which he won the Chicago Independent Film Festival Award for Best Actor.

Louis divides his time between Los Angeles and Toronto. He was born in Terceira off the coast of Portugal, in the Azores Islands.
