Clark Johnson is an American actor best known for his role as Det. Meldrick Lewis in the police procedural television series Homicide: Life on the Street, from 1993-1999. He also played the role of City Editor Augustus 'Gus' Haynes in the fifth and final season of the crime drama series The Wire, in 2008.
