Nancia Dorland is a South African model and actress best known for her role as Tessa in the kykNET drama series Kompleks. Having matriculated from Hoërskool Jan van Riebeeck in Cape Town, she graduated with a BA Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. In 2020 she landed her first professional screen acting role when she was cast as Tessa in Kompleks. Tessa is Mika's younger sister who is clearly their mother's favourite. She is very skilled at TikTok, speaks in an annoying voice and knows far too much about Mika's secrets. The series premiered on 22 September, 2020. In the same year, Nancia guest starred as Candice in the kykNET & kie soapie Arendsvlei.
