Bio
Riana Nel is a Namibian-born singer and songwriter based in South Africa whose career launched in 2001 with her debut album Oopmond (Open Mouth).
She is the sister of singer/songwriter Nianell.
Riana has been a guest artist in numerous television shows including several seasons of Noot Vir Noot. She was also a guest on the kykNET talk show Republiek van Zoid Afrika.
She guest starred as herself in an episode of the kykNET soapie Binnelanders which also featured fashion designer Gert-Johan Coetzee, which aired on 3 November, 2016 (Season 12, Episode 104).
In 2019 she was one of the judges of the M-Net reality competition series The Voice, joining in a cast shakeup in Season 3.
