Bio

Nhlanhla Mahlangu is a South African actor, dancer, singer, director, choreographer and arts administrator best known for his starring role as Jonas in the SABC1 drama series iKani. It was his first starring role in television.

He played two different roles in the SABC1 docu-drama series Ngempela - the first in Season 1 (2014) and the second in Season 2 (2016).

In 2017 he played the recurring role of Zitha in the fifth season of the Mzansi Magic soapie Isibaya, making his first appearance in Season 5, Episode 36 (which aired on 1 May, 2017).

In 2018 he landed the starring role of Jonas in iKani. The series premiered on Sunday, 30 September.
