Mia van der Merwe is a South African actress best known for her recurring role as Emma Rademeyer on the kykNET soapie Suidooster, from December 2017 to February 2018.

She also had a guest starring role in an episode of the kykNET drama series Die Boekklub, appearing in Season 2, Episode 7 (which aired on 22 August, 2017).

In 2018 she landed her first starring role in television in the kykNET legal drama series Fynskrif.
