Simpho Mathenjwa is a South African actor best known for his recurring role as Kotsi in the SABC2 telenovela Keeping Score. He made his first appearance on the show in Season 1, Episode 125 (which aired on 25 December, 2017).

He has guest starred in a number of television series including two different episodes of the e.tv anthology drama series eKasi: Our Stories; the Mzansi Magic thriller series 4 Hours; the eKasi+ comedies uSkroef noSexy and B&B; and the e.tv action dramas The Alliance and Heist.

In 2018, Simpho landed a featured role in the fourth episode of the SABC1 supernatural miniseries Emoyeni, entitled "Umnyama Ongenafu". The episode, starring Thabo Rametsi, Bokang Phelane and Ferry Jele, is the story of Bonga, a popularity-hungry fashionista running away from a calling.
