Christo Burger is a South African conductor, composer and choral music clinician best known as one of the judges on the kykNET reality competition series Varsity Sing.
A music entrepreneur from Pretoria, Christo develops solutions and establishes platforms for musicians to better themselves.
Some of the groups he has worked with include St Mary's Singers of St Mary's Diocesan School for Girls, Pretoria; Jacaranda Children's Choir; and Akustika Chamber Singers, who were received a ranking of 3rd best mixed choir in the world according to the Interkultur Musica Mundi World Rankings.
Christo also established Baobab Music Publishers, to create opportunities for South African and international composers to showcase and sell their work to the international choral audience.
