Jay Duplass is an American film director and actor best known for his films The Puffy Chair, Cyrus and Jeff, Who Lives at Home, all of which were in collaboration with his brother, Mark Duplass.

He stars in the Amazon Video comedy-drama series Transparent and co-created the HBO comedy-drama series Togetherness.
