Ta'Rhonda Jones is an American actress and rapper best known for her role as Porsha Taylor, Cookie's assistant, on the musical drama television series Empire.
It was her first acting role, having previously worked at a hospital. The role was recurring in the first season but promoted to regular in Season 2.
Her role on Empire led to a guest starring role in an episode of the police procedural series Chicago P.D., in the episode "Get Back to Even" (Season 2, Episode 18).
