Jaime Camil is a Mexican actor and singer known for his work in telenovelas, including La fea más bella, Los Exitosos Pérez and Por Ella Soy Eva.

He is known to English audiences for his starring role as Rogelio de la Vega, a self-involved, famous telenovela star and Jane's biological father, in the comedy-drama television series Jane the Virgin.
