Lekoane Phasumane is a South African actor best known for his starring role as Daniel Malinga, who lost the use of his legs in a building accident while working for Philip Steyn and has been in a wheelchair ever since, in the SABC2 drama series Swartwater.

He has acted in numerous other television series including Muvhango (two different roles), Rhythm City (as Ngozi's Uncle), Home Affairs, Age Gap, iNkaba and Zabalaza.

Lekoane is multilingual, speaking Xhosa, Tswana, Zulu, seSotho, English and Afrikaans.
