Bio
Jaques van Jaarsveld is a South African mime and actor who has appeared in numerous television series including Villa Rosa, 7de Laan, Gaz'lam, Egoli and Donkerland.
After achieving a B-Tech Degree in Drama specialising in mime and physical theatre from Pretoria Technikon he went on to study in London at the School of Physical Theatre.
Jaques has subsequently amassed a large theatre resume with performances in numerous productions including Three Penny Opera, Mooi Street Moves, Noises Off, Liwe Heksie, Barney, The Pirate Experience and Fiddler on the Roof.
Other television series he has acted in include Die Netwerk, Itermago, The Res, Marico, Dit Wat Stom Is and Kompleks. He was also a call actor in the feature film Oh Shucks Ek's Gatvol.
