Tsholo Mohohlwane is a South African ballroom and Latin dancer best known for being one of the professional dancers (partnered with celebrity dancer Jay Anstey) in the sixth season of the SABC3 reality competition Strictly Come Dancing, in 2013.
His dancing career started in 1997 at the age of 10 years at the TS Dance Studio in Pretoria. He participated in Rumba in the Jungle held at Sun City in the same year where he went on to win his first big competition.
Tsholo started training under Tebogo Kgobokoe (who would later be a judge on the same season of Strictly Come Dancing) in 2003/4 and went on to win the South African Youth Championships in the Latin category.
In 2004/5 he went to represent South Africa in Germany in Hip Hop and continued his Latin training with Rafick Hoosane in 2006. He took up a Teacher's Training Course in Latin & Ballroom with Diana Moore in 2007.
Tsholo started teaching socially in 2005, which led to him starting his own dance company (Steps) in 2007. He has been teaching and doing corporate events ever since.
He has worked on various corporate events for Corenergy Productions, Beyond Red, Dance Company Productions (Katz Studios), Dance Junxion and Bailamos Exclusive Dance Studio.
He worked with Blue Moon Production as an Assistant Stage Manager; doing sound, lighting, cue scripting and stage managing for industrial theatre, event co-ordination and liaising with clients.
