Bio
JT Medupe is a South African actor, singer, dancer and presenter who has appeared in several television series including the SABC1 youth programme YOTV, the SABC1 legal drama Sokhulu & Partners and the Mzansi Magic drama series Rockville.
JT received his National Diploma in Drama from the Tshwane University of Technology in 2010. In film, he was involved in Phindile's Heart and The Long Journey Home.
He has appeared in numerous theatre productions including The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole, The Maker of Dreams, Big Love, The Bald Prima Donna, Peter Pan, Festen, Peter Rabbit and Hansel & Gretel.
In 2013 he appeared in the musical theatre production of Rockville 2069: A Rock Musical in the role of Conga, a Nigerian-born musician who has travelled the world and is always mindful of the poverty and strife around him.
JT's special skills include acting, dancing, singing and presenting. He is also a voice and movement artist.
