Kelly Cutrone is an American fashion publicist, television personality and author best known for appearing on such television shows as The Hills, Kell on Earth, Dr. Phil and America's Next Top Model.
Founder of the powerhouse PR firm People's Revolution, Cutrone is a major player in the fashion world. In November 2010, she signed on as a contributor to the Dr. Phil show. It was revealed in 2011 that Cutrone would succeed André Leon Talley as a judge on the reality competition America's Next Top Model, beginning with the series' 18th cycle.
