Will Arnett is a Canadian-American actor best known for his role as George Oscar Gob Bluth II on the television sitcom Arrested Development, from 2003-2013.

He also starred as Chris Brinkley, the insanely funny new father trying to adjust to life as a stay-at-home dad, in the television sitcom Up All Night, from 2011-2012.

In addition to a leading role as spoiled playboy Steven Wilde in Running Wilde, he co-wrote the series pilot and served as an executive producer and writer on the series.

Arnett was seen co-starring in the western action film Jonah Hex with Josh Brolin, John Malkovich and Megan Fox; the romantic comedy When in Rome opposite Kristen Bell; and in G-Force, a combination live action/CG film, opposite Penelope Cruz, Nicholas Cage, Steve Buscemi and Zach Galifianakis.

He also starred in the basketball comedy Semi Pro opposite Will Ferrell and Woody Harrelson, and lent his voice to the animated comedies Monsters vs. Aliens and Horton Hears a Who.

In 2007, he was seen opposite Ferrell and his wife Amy Poehler in the figure skating comedy Blades of Glory, and opposite Will Forte in The Brothers Solomon.

Arnett earned his first Emmy nomination in 2006 for his work on the critically acclaimed comedy series Arrested Development, where he portrayed Gob Bluth for three seasons.

Arnett's recurring guest-starring role as Devon Banks on the comedy series 30 Rock earned him a 2010 Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series, a role in which he was nominated for previously in 2008.

Before Arrested Development, Arnett was a regular on the comedy series The Mike O'Malley Show. His additional television credits include Parks and Recreation, Sex and the City, The Sopranos, Will & Grace, Boston Public, Third Watch, Law & Order: SVU and Sit Down, Shut Up.

Arnett's other feature credits include Ice Age 2: The Meltdown, R.V. opposite Robin Williams, Monster-In-Law, The Waiting Game, The Broken Giant, Southie and Ed's Next Move. Additionally, he can be heard in a variety of commercials most notably as the voice of GMC Trucks.

Arnett splits his time between New York and Los Angeles where he lives with his wife, actress Amy Poehler, and sons, Archie and Abel.
