Kim Richards is an American former child actress who is best known as the "Disney Girl", starring in such films as Escape To Witch Mountain, No Deposit, No Return and Return from Witch Mountain.
She is also known for starring in the docu-reality series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with her sister Kyle Richards.
Kim also appeared in various television series including Nanny and The Professor, James at 15, Hello Larry, Diff'rent Strokes, CHiPS and Magnum, P.I. With one leg shorter than the other, she starred in an episode of Little House on the Prairie as Olga Nordstorm, Laura Ingalls' friend, whom her Pa fitted with a handmade wooden heel on her shoe that allowed her to run and play normally with the other children.
After co-starring in the feature film Tuff Turf with James Spader and Robert Downey Jr., Kim decided to go into early retirement and devote her time to raising a family.
In 2006, she appeared in a supporting role as Christina Ricci's estranged mother in Black Snake Moan. She made a cameo appearance in 2009's Race to Witch Mountain, playing a waitress named Tina, a minor variation from the character Tia she played in the 1975 and 1978 films.
Kim has four children: Brooke, Whitney, Chad and Kimberly. Kim is the older sister to fellow Housewife, Kyle Richards and aunt to Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton.
She is currently working on various business endeavours including a jewelry and water bottle line that donates proceeds to charity.
