Momelezi Vellem is a South African architect best known as one of the panel of experts on the e.tv reality makeover television series Jack Up Your Shack, in 2012.
Momelezi (also known as Timothy) is from Mdantsane near East London and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in architectural technology from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town, graduating in 2004.
He has over many years of post-varsity active experience in the architecture industry as a designer/technologist and project manager.
Momelezi has been part of project teams in various projects and has acquired the experience and understanding of a project life cycles, from conception to construction, and post construction building assessment (snagging).
He is the founder of Platinum Aloe Consulting's MVDesigns, a black-owned company that brings together expertise and knowledge in architectural technology, design and projects management.
This is the company through which he has been able to deliver successful projects for his clients, from small residential buildings to large office blocks.
