Michelle Lukes is an English actress best known for her television roles as Lisa Torres in Doctors (2009-2011) and as Sgt. Julia Richmond in Strike Back, since 2011.
Michelle has worked extensively on stage including numerous shows for The Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre.
TV work includes Casualty and Uncle Max although she is best known for playing Lisa Torres on Doctors. Film work includes Alexander, Nation and Frances McGee Is Not For Sale.
Lukes began her career as a dancer having trained at the Royal Ballet School performing professionally in numerous West End shows before retraining as an actress at the Bristol Old Vic. She graduated in 2007, winning the student award for versatility.
