Olivia Munn is an American comedienne, model, actress, television personality and author best known for her starring role as financial analyst and presenter Sloan Sabbith on the HBO drama series The Newsroom.

She is also known to television viewers as a correspondent for The Daily Show (2010-2011) and for her starring role on the short-lived sitcom Perfect Couples, also from 2010-2011.

Munn first made Hollywood take notice when she became the host of Attack of the Show on the G4 network. Her other TV appearances include an arc on Greek; a guest turn on Accidentally on Purpose; and her guest-starring role as the new Buy More boss on the fourth season of Chuck.

She also landed a role in the Miramax film I Don't Know How She Does It, playing a colleague of Sarah Jessica Parker's.

Press coverage includes being named by Rolling Stone as one of the Best Characters on TV, and by GQ as one of the 113 Funniest in America; landing the January 2010 Maxim cover, the December 2010 Men's Health cover, the 2010 Business Week popularity cover; and being included in Entertainment Weekly's annual Must List issue (twice in a row).

Major newspapers like the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal, just to name a few, have all declared their support for her talents.

Munn also had a website where she posted original videos, superhero sketches, fan contests and her general musings on the world around her.

Her book, Suck It, Wonder Woman!: The Misadventures of a Hollywood Geek, was named to the New York Times and Los Angeles Times Best-Seller Lists.

Raised between Oklahoma and Tokyo, Japan, Munn now splits her time between Los Angeles and New York.
