Billy Miller is an American actor best known for his soap opera roles as Richie Novak in All My Children (2007-2008) and as Billy Abbott in The Young and the Restless, since 2008.
He also had a recurring role as Charlie Young in the mystery drama thriller series Ringer, in 2011. Other television series he has acted in include Justified and CSI: NY.
Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas he attended The University of Texas in Austin. He owns a company called 4M which builds and operates bars in South Bay, California.
