Aya Cash is an American actress best known for her starring role as Callie in the short-lived sitcom Traffic Light, in 2011. She is also known for her role as Leo DiCaprio's long time secretary in Martin Scorsese's Wolf of Wall Street.

In television, she had a recurring role as Shelly Wexler in HBO's critically-acclaimed The Newsroom and CBS's We Are Men. She also appeared in Friday Night Dinner.

In addition she has a starring role as Gretchen Cutler, a cynical and self-destructive PR executive, in the romantic comedy television series You're the Worst.

In theatre, Cash starred in the lead role of Zoe Kazan's Trudy and Max In Love, which debuted at the South Coast Repertory. She's also performed in the Rattlestick production of Killer and Other Family.

She is the daughter of poet and novelist Kim Addonizio and Buddhist teacher Eugene Cash, and the granddaughter of Wimbledon champion Pauline Betz Addie and sportswriter Bob Addie.
