Jamie Anne Allman is an American actress best known for her starring role as Terry Marek in the crime drama television series The Killing, from 2011-2012.
At a very early age, Jamie Anne dreamed of becoming an entertainer. In pursuit of her childhood dream, she moved from small town Kansas to Los Angeles, and in a very short time proved herself to be a powerful and versatile actress.
Allman has been acclaimed for both dramatic and comedic work in projects for both film and network television. She achieved recognition for her big screen debut in The Notebook starring Ryan Gosling, and her numerous television appearances including recurring roles on The Shield, CSI and The Closer.
Off-camera, Allman is known for her quirky sense of humour and familial devotion. In 2006, she married actor Marshall Allman, and they reside in Los Angeles.
