Sylvia Jefferies is an American actress best known for her recurring role as Tracy in the television comedy series Eastbound & Down.
Jefferies began her acting career in New York, and has had roles on One Tree Hill, Walker Payne and the original Ginny Danegan on The Riches.
Having once played only top-collar-wearing ladies as a socialite in The Notebook and a missionary in End of the Spear, Sylvia much prefers riding on a jet ski with Kenny Powers.
