Christine Evangelista is an American actress best known for her role as Ashley Beck, the daughter of business mogul Alan Beck who is the most valuable hostage due to her father's wealth and influence, in the 2007 television mini-series The Kill Point.

She also had a starring role as Mary Lavecchia, the pregnant girlfriend of Matt Korzak who is forced to live with him at his mother's house due to their dire financial circumstances, in the short-lived drama series Lucky 7.

Evangelista has been seen on television in guest starring roles on The Good Wife, Blue Bloods, Royal Pains, White Collar, Conviction, Law & Order: SVU and 666 Park Avenue.

Her first film starring role was in the independent feature Goodbye Baby, which premiered at the 2008 Slamdance/Sundance Film Festival. She played a stand-up comedian, a role which allowed her to tap into what was then just a hobby of doing stand-up at comedy clubs in New York City.

Other film works include a supporting lead in The Joneses, opposite Demi Moore and David Duchovny, along with roles in the indie pictures Alter Egos, Harvest, The Good Guy, Escapee and Once More with Feeling, directed by Jeff Lipsky.

Evangelista began her career performing at The City Lights Theater Group in New York City, eventually serving on their youth board of directors.

She went on to study at the prestigious Herbert Berghof School of Acting, performing in several off-Broadway shows in their West Village theatre.

Her birthday is 27 October.
