Bio

Mark Taylor is a Canadian actor best known for his television roles as Romeo in Student Bodies (1997-2000), as Kwest in Instant Star (2005-2008) and as Lewis Lew Young in Flashpoint, from 2008-2009.

Taylor is a Gemini-nominated actor who gained recognition for his principal role in Cinderella Man.

His television credits include Doomstown, Degrassi: The Next Generation and a lead role in the Drop the Beat, for which he earned a Gemini nomination for Best Actor in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role.

Taylor also won Outstanding Actor in a Film or Television Performance at the Reel Black Awards.

He was born and raised in Toronto, but left there while in high school and relocated to Palm Harbor, Florida where he spent his last two years of high school before returning to Toronto.
