Gregory Sierra is an American actor best known for his television roles as Detective Sergeant Chano Amenguale on Barney Miller (1975-1976) and as Julio Fuentes, the Puerto Rican neighbour, on Sanford and Son, from 1972-1975.He was credited as a main cast member for the first four episodes of Miami Vice, but asked to be written out of the role.
