Reynardt Hugo is a South African actor best known for his role as Dr Tertius Jonker in the M-Net soapie Binnelanders, joining the cast in 2008.
Reynardt was born in Durban. He began his school career at Phalaborwa Primary, after which his family moved to Pretoria. There he completed his primary school years at Bakenkop Primary and he matriculated in 2004 at Hoërskool Zwartkop in Centurion.
He did a BA degree in Drama at the University of Pretoria and graduated at the end of 2007.
He gained theatre experience during his studies and had roles in various productions. His professional career took off with Life is Wild and Houtkruis. After that, he had a role in Funny Frich, a German chip ad.
In July 2008 he made his first appearance in Binnelanders as Dr Tertius Jonker.
